Birthday Party Hosts & Instructors
OVERVIEW
As a Birthday Bash Host/Instructor, you will lead fun and exciting birthday parties for children ages 1 through 5 years. Additionally, our Birthday Hosts/Instructors are required to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when greeting visitors, assisting customers, and building ensuring the birthday child and his/her guest have the most wonderful birthday possible. Romp n' Roll has been voted the best venue for children's parties in the Richmond area. Come be a part of the magic! HOURS AND AVAILABILITY
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays - days and early evenings
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should possess previous experience working with young children.
REQUIREMENTS
As a Romp n' Roll Team Member, you will be required to:
Possess a fun and dynamic personality
Have the ability to relate to children and adults in a parent/child setting.
Exude confidence, a positive attitude, and boundless energy.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
Be willing to exceed client expectations.
Excel in a team environment, yet work independently when necessary.
Represent Romp n' Roll in a positive manner at all times.
Have regular access to reliable transportation.
Lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
Stand while performing job responsibilities for 4 hours or more.
