Director of Sales and Marketing

Are you looking for a career with a growth oriented company? The Crossings at Hanover is currently seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing. This position is responsible for overseeing the internal and external marketing efforts of the community.
Responsibilities:
o Manage incoming inquiries and provide tours of the community to prospective residents and families; Ensure staff is trained to handle inquiries and tours as needed.
o Respond to inquiries; Identify needs, barriers, and next steps for each inquiry. Promote appropriate sales enhancements. Use lead tracking system to document all contacts with prospects.
o Develop quarterly marketing plan in conjunction with marketing team.
o Conduct/follow-up on external marketing calls.
o Establish, promote and/or work with senior care support groups.
o Build community relationships through participation in networking groups. Serve as educational spokesperson on aging and health issues.
o Review and collect all appropriate admissions paperwork with resident and family; Manage the move-in process ensuring that each apartment is ready for move-in.
o Respond to all resident and family concerns in a timely manner.
o Develop family events in collaboration with other members of the marketing team.
o Develop Resident Referrals.
o Develop an active Respite Program.
o Host community events.
o Help serve as community spokesperson for local media; developing positive relationships with local media to promote coverage of the community.
o Establish relationships with local skilled nursing facilities to ensure smooth discharge planning when necessary
o Provide staff training on customer service skills and communication techniques when working with residents and families.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years' experience working as a Marketing Director in Senior Care
o Demonstrated ability to build a census.
o Ability to analyze data and develop and implement a marketing plan.
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.
o Ability to establish relationships and connections with a variety of people to include: prospective clients and their families, employees, community resource groups, and the management team.
o Strong oral and written communication skills
o Proficient using computer based programs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
