Assistant Rehabilitation Manager
Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Assistant Rehabilitation Manager. The Assistant Rehab Manager will assist the Rehab Manager with daily and weekly management duties including but not limited to staffing, therapy, delivery patterns, training and participating in meetings. Provides clinical treatment. - Requires four year college degree in PT, OT. - Must hold current license as a therapist in the state of Virginia. - Two years experience as a practicing therapist required. Requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to successfully lead a team to achieve a diverse set of objectives. Requires the ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families and professional and regulatory agents.
