Role Responsibilities
Support the lifecycle management of business critical applications to include installing patches,
performing upgrades, managing releases, and administration tasks
Support the development and production environments of business critical applications by ensuring
application availability, responding to application emergencies, and supporting deployments
Support the customer through proactive monitoring, acknowledgement, response, and resolution of
incidents and notifications
Troubleshoot and resolve problems by directly coordinating with third party application vendors
Provide on-call support as scheduled by monitoring pages, tickets, and notifications
Ensure appropriate configuration and monitoring are enabled and monitor the health, performance,
and capacity of the applications under normal and peak load times
Undergraduate degree and 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
Experience on Microsoft Platform with specific experience with Microsoft Clustering (MSCS) , UNIX,
Experience in critical system support in a High Availability (HA) environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Network Concepts-troubleshooting and architecture
Database (Oracle and SQL Server) concepts
Problem solving skills and the skills to manage projects creatively
Participate in on-call rotation in support of all products the group supports
Project Management Lifecycle methodology concepts
Scripting skills using tools such as VBscript, JScript and Windows Scripting Host

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
