is looking for a customer service associate to join our Mechanicsville, VA office team.
In our Service Coordinator and Dispatcher role you will be working with our road technicians to dispatch service requests and breakdown calls while coordinating with our third-party service network to arrange service for non-local customers.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and the ability to problem solve.
This is a full time position with great benefits, M-F, 8:
00AM-4:
30PM, no weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Daily check-ins with road techs to go over their schedules and keep them on track for their weekly goals.
- Work Order/Service Ticket creation and customer set-up.
You will take all service calls and insure our customers are added to our system and their tickets are assigned to the appropriate technician.
- Work Order/Service Ticket reporting.
You will run weekly reports to make sure service tickets are being properly handled and closed in a timely manner.
- Outside Service Dispatching.
Work with our third-party service network to arrange service calls for our non-local customers.
- Preventative Maintenance Tickets.
Dispatch our monthly PM tickets to technicians while maintaining a current schedule for each customer, including coordinating with our sales team when PMs come up for renewal.
What You'll Bring:
- A positive/career-minded attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A clear communication style, both verbally and via email.
- 3 years of previous dispatching experience.
Bonus points if you've worked with Quickbooks Desktop and their dispatching module, Corrigo Field Service.
