You will have the opportunity to collaborate with best-in-class leaders of the massage industry and professionals who are passionate about helping others begin their wellness journey.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and staff members warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Assign treatment rooms to staff when completing the opening shift.
Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
Addressing inquiries over email, phone and in-person.
Scheduling appointments.
Manage appointment bookings efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of therapist schedules and accommodating client preferences to the best of our ability.
Process client payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and gift card.
Create medical receipts for insurance transactions for products or services purchased.
Complete Opening, Afternoon and Closing Checklists.
Assist our valued clients in setting up memberships and general membership inquiries.
Confirming appointments and reminding guests of policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and wellness store areas.
Managing inventory of supplies and promotional materials.
Administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and updating client records.
Assisting the Therapists with preparing treatment rooms.
Attend meetings with the clinic operations manager and front desk manager as required.
Maintain supplies in the treatment rooms and relaxation area.
Distribute to service providers the necessary products for specific services.
Ensure that all clinic linens, including towels and robes, are folded, clean, and ready for use.
Managing product inventory in our wellness store.
Set up guests on Wellness services such as infrared sauna, full body LED Therapy Bed etc.
Offer administrative support to Licensed Massage Therapists and the management team when needed.
Skills Required:
A kind and friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and virtually.
Excellent telephone skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance Have Microsoft Office Skills and G Suite Experience Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excel at providing high quality customer service Possess strong organizational skills Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office equipment.
Possess supply management skills Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
Preferred Qualifications Administrative experience in the Health and Wellness field Pay Starting pay is $14.
