Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of a Family Dental Practice.
- Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a professional and friendly phone etiquette.
- Responsible for filing insurance, collections, monthly billing and Insurance Pre-authorizations.
- Communicate effectively with team members -Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area - Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries Skills:
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively - Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate schedules and appointments - Proficient phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and efficiently - Solid clerical skills for organizing documents and maintaining records - Strong communication skills to interact with team members and patients - Experience in front desk operations to ensure smooth reception area functioning - Knowledge of Dental Practice - Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend software is a plus.
