Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets - Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop sales plans - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and account management - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize sales opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales role - Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
