Our staff and team members work closely with contractors, subcontractors, commercial and residential customers, providing expert tree services.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team.
A suitable candidate for this position will have 3-5 years of experience in managing a small office with 15-20 employees, payroll processing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
In addition to experience, the ideal candidate for this position is honest, detailed-oriented, dependable, and an excellent communicator/team player and adept at multi-tasking.
Salary and benefits package are negotiable based on experience.
Working from home will not be an option.
Job Description:
Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office/Word and Excel Manage and maintain organization of administrative office including all paper and electronic files, records, equipment, and supplies Create customer estimates, invoice customers and collect payments Make bank deposits and process credit card payments Process vendor payables and pay bills Process contractor and employee payrolls, tracking and paying sales commissions Correspond with all team members, subcontractors, vendors, and customers via telephone, email or text messaging Update team member's calendars and schedules upon request Work closely with Project Managers regarding new/existing estimates and job costing documents Work closely with Accounting Manager regarding banking, financial, tax and insurance documents Set up PO SYSTEM Manage incoming calls and perform other administrative/clerical duties as they arise Run occasional errands that require reliable transportation Help with job scheduling Create and develop written policies and procedures for billing, procurement, HR and payroll Create and develop written policies and procedures for employee leave and benefits Maintain all HR documents including employee personnel files, independent contractor files, time cards, employee leave and benefit information Work closely with the Accounting Manager and CPA to provide financial, tax and insurance documents as requested Do not reply to us if you are not proficient in QuickBooks Online for:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
