Key responsibilities are:
Oversee visitors to the office and ensure a friendly, personal experience Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment Working closely with managers and operations team Assist manager with special projects and reports Analyze processes and recommend/implement improvements Accurate and timely processing of invoices Routine reporting and analysis of outstanding invoices Manage inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory Properly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies Analyze various suppliers to ensure the company is receiving the best cost-effective deals Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Preferred Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, accounting, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies Experience conducting tracking and data analysis Product and inventory management experience a plus What we offer:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
