Tasks will include Job Costing, Data Entry, AP, AR, Payroll Processing, and other various office administrative tasks on a day to day basis.
Must have 5 years of experience inside of Quickbooks Software.
Must also be highly proficient in General Computer Skills, Excel & Microsoft Word Products.
Candidate must know how to balance / reconcile General Ledger Accounts & perform tasks tied to Month End Closeouts.
Must have a STRONG ATTENTION to details.
Pay will be based on experience level / years of experience.
BONUS COMPENSATION TIED TO COMPANY QUARTERLY PROFITABILITY Work hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
