Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration a plus Minimum of 5 years as a Buyer, Procurement, Purchasing Specialist, or similar role Strong Excel skills a must Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving and decision making skills Able to multi-task with great time management for tight deadlines Strong oral, verbal, and written communication skills A positive, kind attitude with a desire to exceed expectations Knowledge of flooring industry a plus (Willing to train) Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
Responsibilities:
Conduct and maintain cost analysis for best procurement practices Review, order, and track inventory shipments for projects Schedule, manage and rectify PO's, claims, returns and shipping issues Authorize payments, maintain receipts, records and inventory Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
