We are hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team.
The candidate must be personable and take pride in personal organization as well as effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.
A current DCJS registration, or the ability to obtain a DCJS registration is required for this position.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Ensure customer satisfaction, for both internal and external customers.
Assist with inbound phone calls.
Assist with managing paperwork from Service Technicians and Vendors.
Provide clerical support services as required.
Assist and support other company and department activities as necessary.
Job Requirements:
Must possess excellent people skills.
Must be an effective communicator.
Must possess the ability to work cooperatively with others.
Must possess good decision-making skills.
Proficient in computer use and general office equipment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
