Mechanicsville Toyota is hiring a service lane assistant!! We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Dealership Service Lane Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all dealership service customers, maintaining an organized and efficient service lane, and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive in the service lane Gather customer information and accurately record it in the dealership's computer system Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding the status of their vehicle's service Maintain an organized and efficient service lane, directing customers to the appropriate service advisor or technician Assist service advisors and technicians with various administrative tasks, including filing and paperwork Follow up with customers after their service visit to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions they may have Provide exceptional customer service at all times, striving to exceed customer expectations We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement within our dealership.

Requirements:
