A self starter who can manage time well Someone driven and creative who can come up with new ideas to improve the school Experience working with children of varying ages to assist in classrooms A quick learner who is eager to learn new tasks Positive attitude and kind demeanor Team player and always willing to lend a supporting hand Excellent verbal and written communication skills Someone who can anticipate the needs of the program and team Job Responsibilities will be determined on individual candidate experience, skillset, and interest.
Some potential responsibilities could include:
Billing and schedules in our system Reaching out to parents in regards to billing Social media posting/support Reference calls Taking payments Building safety checks Special events planning Curriculum support/purchasing supplies Assisting in classrooms as needed Greeting families and answering calls This is a full time position Monday-Friday.
Ideal schedule may include opening or closing the building (6:
30am-3:
30pm or 9:
30am-6:
30pm).
