If you would like to:
Monitor the project throughout the process of order shipping and the installation's closure.
Work closely with the sales force to provide accurate quotes and orders for Customers.
Oversee and resolve all customer issues regarding a particular order or installation of the equipment on that order.
Work as an advocate for the customer to internal departments seeing projects through to completion.
Receive and review orders to deliver accurate equipment to customer locations.
Maintains and provides summarized order data for orders shipped and orders in-house for the department manager.
Assist prospective customers with pre-installation specifications by providing documents or directing them to a specialist in that specific area.
And have:
Experience with bowling equipment preferred but not required.
Associate's degree and three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A strong background in Microsoft CRM is preferred.
Driven by learning new things and the ability to thrive in an environment filled with learning new technologies.
Patience, adaptability, positive attitude, attention to detail, team player with a helpful attitude, and a good sense of humor are a must.
