Self Storage Assistant Manager $15-16/hour - potential with bonus up to $20/hour Mystorage strives to provide our customers a high quality, safe, secure, clean, and affordable place where they can store their belongings and receive superior customer service.

Responsibilities Renting Storage Units Meet or exceed monthly rental and income goals Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner Resolves customer problems in a timely manner Ensure tenant accounts remain current through established collection procedures Daily prepare bank deposits; verify accuracy of petty cash funds Maintain accurate merchandise inventory (boxes, locks, tape, etc.
) Performs light property maintenance/upkeep to maintain highest standard of cleanliness and appearance Identifies competitors and is aware of their strengths and weaknesses.
Qualifications 2 year's sales and/or management experience required Strong customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills including Microsoft office Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license High School diploma or equivalent Must be available to work weekends We offer Competitive starting pay
