, a civil engineering and land surveying firm, is looking for a responsible, organized & punctual Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the office staff.
Primary Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Make multiple sets of construction plans on large format print Scan project correspondence and plans for online storage Maintain print room, keeping it clean, organized and stocked Maintain filing systems Make deliveries to County offices and clients using company vehicle Prepare and receive courier packages Secondary Responsibilities Complete online deed research within local Counties Assist in preparation of project proposals and contracts Greet and provide general support to visitors / clients Skills Excellent driving record required Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to prioritize work Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills High School degree required; advanced education / classes a plus Job Type:
