We are looking for individuals that are versatile and able to wear a number of hats.
This individual must have the following:
Must hold a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
Must have experience working in a home care agency.
Job Duties:
Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments for client admissions Create patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary Identify any additional patient needs and facilitate appropriate referrals Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety Complete relative service authorization documentation Facilitate monthly supervision of assigned staff/provide appropriate education and training Facilitate monthly home visits Additional duties as assigned Bonus paid for ability to readily conduct HHA training Job Types:
